Create a bookable service
Give customers a clear service choice with the right duration and price.
Before you start: Create the branch and prepare your service details.
Create the service
Open Organization → Service Management → Create Service.
Enter a clear service name, such as Hair Consultation.
Set Duration (minutes) to 30 for the sample consultation.
Write a short description of what the appointment covers.
Enter the service price using the form’s price field; the sample consultation is RM0.
Review Max Serve and your intended service capacity before saving.
Set the intended Active state. Add service images if they help customers understand the service.
Submit the form and check the saved service.
The form accepts up to 10 JPG or PNG images, each up to 10 MB.
Connect it to the booking setup
Make sure the service is associated with the branch and staff who deliver it. Then schedule staff availability and check that the service appears when you create an appointment. For capacity settings such as Max Serve, use the definition shown in your account and confirm the resulting bookable slots before customer use.
