In 2022, CEO & Co-Founder Wong Zhi Heng noticed a growing frustration among businesses: traditional chatbots were failing to deliver meaningful help. Customers faced robotic, repetitive conversations that wasted time and hurt trust.

Seeing the potential to change this, Wong combined his background and expertise in AI technology with a clear mission: build AI chatbots that are practical, personalised, and genuinely useful. In 2023, DahReply was born through a joint venture with Agmo Group. Since then, we've focused on creating intelligent chatbot solutions tailored for Malaysian SMEs, enterprises, and government agencies—helping them automate workflows, improve customer experiences, and grow smarter.
