In 2022, CEO & Co-Founder Wong Zhi Heng noticed a growing frustration among businesses: traditional chatbots were failing to deliver meaningful help. Customers faced robotic, repetitive conversations that wasted time and hurt trust.

In 2023, DahReply was born through a joint venture with Agmo Group. Since then, we've focused on creating intelligent chatbot solutions tailored for Malaysian SMEs, enterprises, and government agencies—helping them automate workflows, improve customer experiences, and grow smarter. Wong Zhi Heng is an AI enthusiast turned entrepreneur with over five years of experience in artificial intelligence. He is the Founder and CEO of DahReply, a Malaysian AI startup specialising in generative AI, chatbot solutions, and LLM fine-tuning. In 2023, he co-founded DahReply through a joint venture with Agmo Group, aiming to make generative AI practical, personal, and powerful for businesses. Under his leadership, DahReply delivers custom AI solutions that help SMEs, enterprises, and government-linked organisations boost productivity, automate workflows, and elevate customer engagement. Zhi Heng is seen as one of the emerging leaders in Malaysia's AI space, blending innovation with real-world business impact.

Tan Aik Keong (AK)

Tan Aik Keong (AK) is the Founder and CEO of Agmo Holdings Berhad, a publicly listed, multi-award-winning Malaysian tech company specialising in AI and emerging technologies. Agmo has delivered over 200 digital solutions for Fortune 500 companies, MNCs, and government agencies across sectors like finance, healthcare, logistics, and energy.
